More Govt Schools To Be Run In Double Shifts

Delhi government decides to run five schools in double shift to provide accommodations to large number of students. This decision was taken by the deputy chief minister of Delhi “Manish Sisodia”.

According to press trust of India (PTI), a government officer said “In these schools more than 50 students in one class and its very congested for the students so government decide to run school in two shifts” the five schhoos which is going to run in double shifts are SBV, Sector-4 (Ambedkar Nagar), G Co-ed SSS (Sundar Nagari), S Co-ed (Peeragarhi Village), GBSSS (Amalwas Jwalapuri) and G Co-ed SSS (Bindapur). Government also provide basic infrastructure for double shifts.

Further in a report, the official, “Few months back, the Education Minister had directed his department to find out those government schools which are overcrowded so that they can be run in double shifts.”

According to a report almost 946 government schools is running across the national capital in which lakhs of students are learning. So government also decides to making 8000 new class rooms across the capital. And they also going to run some schools in double shifts so that students can easily get the knowledge in schools.
