Akhilesh Yadav hands 1000 appointment letters to skill development trainees

Taking forward the skill development programme positively, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Akhilesh Yadav on December 29 handed 1,000 appointment letters to trainees. He also gave cheques of Rs 30,000 each. According to PTI reports, he also gave LED bulbs to 100 girls.

Later, Akhilesh signed MOUs with reputed companies for providing training and jobs to skilled trainee’s while he was addressing the two-hour long programme at the Taj Nature Walk against the backdrop of the Taj Mahal.

On the occasion, Akhilesh Yadav said that Uttar Pradesh had become the first state in the India to start the skill development policy for People between 14 and 35 years. He also said that 17 lakh laptops had been distributed to the students and the ‘Samajwadi’ pension to 45 lakh poor women was a world record.

Now After UP Recently, Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar also announced to set up a new Skill Development University in the state. He said that it’s a great initiative to setting up of Skill Development University in Haryana has been sent to the Union HRD Ministry and he hoped that it would get clearance soon. The University would help in training teachers in improving their pedagogical skills so that they can prove to be good teachers and be fair to their profession.
