Himachal Pradesh has observed growth in the field of education, said Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh. He Said That at Present more than 14,400 schools are functional in the state. Government Opening more than 20 colleges in the State.

In a public meeting, the Chief Minister said that the government is trying that every child in rural and remote areas must get the complete education at their doorstep. In most of the colleges, number of students is very low So government trying to improve the quality of education in the state. CM further said that there are more than 10,000 Primary Schools in the state and 2,292 Middle, 846 High Schools in the State. which is sufficient for the children of state.

Virbhadra Singh also said that government is trying to connect all and every villages by road so traveling for the students become easy. He already spent RS 2,722 crore for develop the condition of roads. He said the old temples of the state were legacy of our families.

He advised the people for care of the temples for which the state government was also providing financial assistance freely.
