HRD Ministry sets up skilled panel for promotion of Sanskrit language

HRD Ministry has decided to promote Sanskrit language in the country. The committee will study current problem which is related to teaching Sanskrit in schools or colleges.

The Committee will also examine the way in which Sanskrit can be combined with the other subjects such as physics, chemistry and mathematics. Also government will make some changes in syllabus of Sanskrit in schools. Gopalaswami is currently the chancellor of Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeet in tirupati. He informed about the expert panel decision he also told that a committee has been created to make a plan to develop Sanskrit language in upcoming years.

These are the Committee members Bibek Debroy, former government of India secretary, VV Bhat, chairman of National Skill Development Corporation, Dr Ramadorai, Delhi University professor, Ramesh Bharadwaj, UGC chairman, Ved Prakash and Chamu Krishna Shastri of the RSS-affiliated Samskrit Bharti, According to Press trust of India.

The HRD ministry ready to set up the panel for promoting the Sanskrit language in India. last year German language is replaced by Sanskrit in Central Schools but this year German language is again added as a 4th language.
