Narendra Modi on his visit to Singapore goes to see the Institute of Technical Education

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his visit to Singapore goes to see the Institute of Technical Education (ITE). ITE is a skills development training center in Singapore. ITE was established in 1992. It’s a post-secondary education institute in Singapore.

“Focus on technical education…PM at ITE which lies in the parliamentary constituency of (Singapore’s) PM @leehsienloong,” the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) India tweeted.

“As a principal provider of career and technical education, and a key developer of national occupational skills certification and standards, ITE’s mission is to create opportunities for students and adult learners to acquire skills, knowledge and values for employ-ability and lifelong learning,” the institute’s website states.

Modi was with the Singapore prime Minister at the time of his visit. Lee Hsien Loong also hosted a lunch for modi.

In his speech Modi describe about the Singapore he dais that Singapore is Asia’s economic lion. India and Singapore is going to sign a joint declaration on strategic partnership.

Modi and Lee noted their shared curiosity in advancing assistance in the zones of science and technology, particularly in space, biomedicine and ayurveda, the spokesperson added.

They also released two Postal stamps showing Rashtrapati Bhavan and Istana, the Singaporean presidential palace.
