Rajasthan Government Worried About Suicides Among Coaching Students in Kota

The Rajasthan Government is troubled about the rising number of Suicide in coaching institutes in Kota. The Government has asked the coaching institutes to add entertaining activities in their prospectus and provide psychological therapy.

According to a report of press trust of India, Educational Minister of “Kali Charan Saraf” Said “The district collector of Kota had been directed to formulate guidelines in this regard in consultation with directors of coaching institutes. The coaching institutes in Kota have been asked to add recreational activities in their curriculum and provide psychological counseling to its students to help them deal stress better.”

He also said that all the students do not have equal talent. This should be understood by the parents before putting to much pressure on them.

According to NCRB Report almost 45 coaching students committed suicide in Kota in year 2014.

So Before putting the Burden of study we need to identify the caliber of students this is the best way to control this.
