Yoga Being Taught In CBSE Schools – Said Shripad Yesso Naik
According to press report of India, government of India announced, “Yoga is being taught in more than 15000 cbse schools in India.” Minister of state, Shripad Yesso Naik Said, “To educate so many students and promote yoga in several countries, Yoga has become an essential part of CBSE’s physical education.”
It’s a very good decision by government yoga will surely help students to get better physical fitness. Not only in India approximately 27 countries have so many schools which affiliated with CBSE and now yoga became a part of the physical education of cbse. So lakhs of students will surely get benefits of yoga when they know about it.
When asked about the efforts to promote yoga, Naik said, “Yoga is being taught under Physical Education Curriculum at senior secondary level among its (CBSE’s) nearly 17,000 affiliated schools spread across India and in nearly 27 countries.”
This year 21 June celebrated as a yoga day in whole world. A huge amount of People are participated in this event. So it’s again a very good step by government to increase the popularity of yoga.
